I have as yet not received a shipment on time or at the initial quoted rate. The latest was the last straw.

First the agent changed the classification I have used for 15 years to a more expensive one, then he informed me that my customer's rural businesses did not qualify for business-to-business rates (I have done this for 15 years as well). Then he specified that My business was a residence requiring an appointment for delivery.

The problem with that is he used the wrong phone number for the "appointment" call. I am on the way to the terminal to pick up my shipment myself.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss pricing issue of freight service. Freightquote needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
